Join Us for Worship this Week!
Interim Pastor Laurie

How good it was to see so many folks worshiping at Rejoice this past Easter Sunday!  If you were visiting or haven't joined us in some time, please come again.  The week end following Easter Sunday is often referred to as "Low Sunday", but here are some "high" lights which will be happening at Rejoice this coming Sunday.

  • Nine third graders will be celebrating Holy Communion for the first time with their families and friends at Rejoice during the 10:30 service.
  • At the 8:30 & 10:30 service, the Rejoice Council will be installed and between services some of its representatives will gather in fellowship hall for conversation as well as opportunity for you to voice your concerns or questions.  This "Let's Do Coffee" happening will be held the second Sunday of each month.  For more information, contact Becky Brzinski, Council President.
  • At the 8:30 & 10:30 service, I will be installed as your Interim Pastor.  I look forward to serving with you during this God-given, "in-between" time, trusting and praying the Holy Spirit will continue to lead and guide us where we are meant to go.  Thank you for all your help and kindnesses thus far!
Whew, a busy Sunday; don't forget we also come together in worship to offer our praise and thanks for a loving God and resurrected Savior; please join us as we do!
The Incredulity of Saint Thomas

Perhaps you have seen this famous painting called The Incredulity of Saint Thomas?  It was painted by Michelangelo Caravaggio.  It powerfully and beautifully illustrates the gospel story for this week.
