The excitement is building here at St. Mary’s and at the Raue Performing Arts Center, as we kick off our partnership at 7:00 p.m. this Saturday, July 24. Saturday is the first of six performances that will be held on the lawn of the St. Mary’s campus. Opening night will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, a toast, and a welcome given by Deacon Mike Choquette. This Saturday’s performer is Lynne Jordan, who was proclaimed by Roger Ebert to be “Everybody’s favorite diva.” She is known for soaring vocals, jazz, blues, and even country. It promises to be a wonderful evening of entertainment. You may go online and get your tickets or you may purchase them at the onsite box office. If you are in need of complimentary tickets in order to attend please let us know and we will give you the information. Invite friends and bring your lawn chair. Please see the full schedule and link to get tickets, in this newsletter.
This Sunday, July 25 at 2:00 p.m., we will hold a prayer service and inurnment for Bob Taylor. Lorraine Taylor has extended an invitation to all who wish to attend.
On Sunday you are invited to worship with us at our 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. services followed by coffee hour. This Sunday Gloria Peetz will provide music for the 10:00 a.m. service.
Our exciting summer partnership with the Raue begins this Saturday, July 24,
with a performance by Blues and Jazz diva, Lynne Jordan, at 7:00 p.m.
There will also be ticket booth onsite the evening of the performance.

Coffee Hour Hosts - WE NEED YOU!!
Several of you who have previously been hosts have expressed an interest in hosting again. We are reaching out to you, and to others who may be interested in this ministry.
Hosts are responsible for setting up coffee, providing a snack, which can be as simple as a coffee cake (supplies and other snacks will always be provided by the church, and cleaning up. Newcomers will be given instructions and help the first time. Opportunities are available for both Sunday services.
Weekly coffee hours are opportunities for us to enjoy fellowship and provide a welcoming place for newcomers. They exist because of the generosity of those who consider this their particular ministry. If you are interested please contact the church office, or send an email to Eileen Flynn. Thank you for your consideration!
