Stewardship Sunday

2024

Responding to God’s love and care is a daily invitation for Christians. It’s in our hearts and we crave its coming to life through us and around us.

Responding to God’s love together is what creates vibrant Christian community. Prince of Peace

is a living response to God’s love. Its ministry is meaningful because it has touched each one of us. And when we find meaning in something, sharing it with others comes naturally. Our sharing assists God’s mission to love and bless the world through ministry initiatives both near and far and invigorates Prince of Peace as a community of welcome.

Won’t you prayerfully consider your stewardship plan for 2025?

November 17 is Stewardship Sunday at Prince of Peace and members will have the opportunity to pledge their stewardship for the upcoming year strengthening our capacity to live into our mission of being a welcoming community gathered together in God’s word to serve others.

October Evening Prayer

(Vespers)

Wednesday, October 30

6:30 p.m.

Life’s preoccupations are relentless in pursuing our total attention. But in every circumstance, God’s presence is assured, and is nearer to us than our own breath. Amidst the static, in silence, God’s voice emerges, calming our hearts, satisfying our longing.

So, come away and rest a while with Evening Prayer and be reminded that the only thing that can name you is God’s love.
