Join us for a Raptor Encounter this Thursday

The University of Minnesota Raptor Center will bring several raptors and an eagle for the next Midweek Mix, August 6.

Learn what raptors are and how we can protect them.

Treats and social time will start at 10:00 am, with the presentation at 11:00 am.

RSVP at the Welcome Desk or call the Church Office. The registration cost of $5 can be paid in person or 👉online.

Still Seeking Housing Leads for Our New Vicar

A quick update on our housing search for the incoming Vicar: we’re still looking for a rental apartment or similar housing available around November 1. Furnished is preferred, though unfurnished options will work. If you have a lead or know of a place becoming available, please contact Pastor Jay.

Global Refuge works to help refugees get established. They assist with securing housing, finding employment, enrolling in school and English classes, connecting to medical care and orienting them to their community.

They work through local community programs like Camino a Casa, a program that provides youth in Guatemala with support for successful integration, and the Circle of Welcome through LSS which offers community support and co-sponsorship of refugee families.
