Principal's Message

Quarter 4 is here!

Monday, April 7th is the start of Quarter 4. We will be on an E-Day Schedule. Please note that all Grade 11 PE classes will have Health this quarter.

The E Day schedule can be found on the BRHS webpage.

Q3 Report Cards will be published in Parent Portal on Friday.

Crosswalks for Safety!

Students are reminded that when leaving BRHS by foot and crossing Garretson Road, the crosswalks must be used at all times. Vehicles must yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk in the state of NJ (39:4-36), but do not have to stop for pedestrians anywhere else. There are two crosswalks to the YMCA & tennis court parking lots. These two crosswalks are the only areas pedestrians/students should cross.

Around Campus

BR Theatre Arts invites you to cut loose with Footloose—the BRHS spring musical!

Join us for Footloose, a high-energy production filled with iconic songs like "Holding Out for a Hero," "Let's Hear It for the Boy," "Almost Paradise," and the title track, "Footloose."

Experience the story of a city teen who shakes up a small town where dancing is forbidden. With unforgettable music and dynamic choreography, Footloose will have you dancing in your seat!

Performances in the BRHS Auditorium at 7pm on April 4th, and 5th and 2 pm on April 5th.

Get your tickets today!

Spring Break is almost here, and we’re kicking things off with our Spring Breakout Event! 🎉

Starting Monday, get comfy for Pajama Day—wear your coziest PJs and show off that school spirit! 💤 The fun continues all week!!

Clubs and Organizations

Joining a club or organization allows students to explore different areas of interest that wouldn't really be taught in their classes. It also provides students with an opportunity to learn more about themselves and find out what they’re good at, whether that’s multitasking, staying organized, generating ideas, or serving others.

Be sure to check the Morning Announcements or the Club Meeting Calendar on the website to see what opportunities you can explore.

BR Prom Boutique

The BR Prom Boutique offers free, gently used and some new, never used stunning prom dresses. You can browse pictures of the available dresses by joining the boutique's Google Classroom using the code: cp5274iu

Email Mrs. Austin to make an appointment.

Talent Show!

Please Save the Date - April 25th is the Talent Show. There's still time to be in it too.

Contact Mrs. Schulte in the Media Center if you'd like to be in it.

Operation Elementary is hosting Movie Night

On April 11, Operation Elementary will be hosting movie night from 6-8PM for the elementary students in our community. Cost is $1 to enter and all students must be chaperoned by an adult. Light snacks will be provided for the elementary students in attendance. Proceeds will go back to the elementary school with the most people in attendance. CSA BRHS Staff Summer Enrichment Courses

The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District Council of Schools Association (CSA) will once again offer athletic and enrichment programs for students in grades K-12 this summer. Due to referendum construction, the locations of camps are limited to BRHS, BRMS and Van Holten. Students are welcome to attend camp at any school as long as the camp accepts their grade level. Take a look at all of the programs at  CSA Summer Programs, in our camp flyer or by week.

The CSA is offering summer enrichment programs taught by our BRHS Teachers. The following one-week summer courses are designed to directly help students with math class next year or to prepare for standardized tests. Follow the link for the full course selection or to register: csasummercamps.recdesk.com.

See the flyers for more details and dates.
