California's November statewide ballot is now set with 14 measures. Notably, ACA 13 has been removed from the ballot—a significant victory for the business community following advocacy efforts by BOMA California, BOMA International, CBPA's Industry Defense Fund, and coalition partners. BOMA California has already taken positions on three measures and is seeking member input on several others, including two housing-related initiatives that could help address California's housing shortage. Members are encouraged to review the ballot measures and share their feedback, as early engagement is critical to shaping BOMA California's advocacy efforts.
