New Multicultural Supervision Certificate

Join the DCR Chamber, DCTC, and DEED for a kickoff event on July 17th from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Mendakota Country Club to learn about the Multicultural Supervision Certificate program starting in August. Free for DCR members through a DEED grant. This program, valued at $4,200, focuses on developing multicultural awareness, leadership development, and DEI best practices for diverse organizations across private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Space for both the July 17th kickoff meeting and the certificate program is limited. Please register to attend the kickoff event if you have a serious interest in joining the program and want to learn more.

School District 197 TriDistrict CAPS Program

Do you have a business problem you would like to present to a team of engaged high school students?

Let Jon Althoff know if you would like to have that question attacked and answered by interested students later this summer. Gets you answers you need, and helps them understand real business problems.

Last year questions asked (and answered) included:

• How do we get more Students interested in working in my industry?
• How do we engage young consumers in our products?
• How can we make our Social Media programs more effective to those under 25?

Officer Larrive Retires

You are invited to join the Mendota Heights community on Thursday, June 27 from 2-4 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, for a public reception to honor Officer Larrive as he retires after 29 years of service to our community.
