Grace Episcopal Church
Weekly Update
November 24, 2020
Please join us for worship on Sunday, November 29th at 10 am on Facebook Live as we start Advent.

Before we begin our worship, we are so excited to invite you to join other members at our first ever virtual Advent Breakfast and Caroling. Bring your breakfast, cup of coffee or tea and sign on as we come together on Zoom.

Hopefully, after we settle in we can sing a few carols together. What a great way to be a community during this challenging time!

Worship Schedule - Reminder that we are now meeting weekly on Sundays at 10 am on Facebook Live.

Advent Lunch Series on Zoom - Mark your calendars. The Advent Lunch series will begin next Thursday, December 3rd at 11:30 am on Zoom (the Zoom link will be included in next week's enews). Join us as we slow down and prepare our hearts by praying the Icons of the Virgin Mary.

Christmas Mother - We are so excited to let you know that we will once again be sponsoring the Alvarez family for Christmas. The sign ups for a gift list and a food list are below. Please have everything delivered to the Parish Hall by December 17th. Questions? Contact Kate Sarfaty for details. If you would like to support this outreach effort but are unable to shop, you are welcome to send a donation to the church with Christmas Mother noted on the check. Donations will be used to buy items not being sponsored.

Computer Station - Reminder...we have a computer set up in the Parish Hall for members to watch worship or participate in one of our online offerings. The intent is to connect members spiritually which means it is not intended for general/personal use. The space will be open on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9 am to 3 pm (except for the week of Thanksgiving). If this is something you are interested in, please email Cindy at so she can make sure there is no more than 1 household at a time in the space. To continue following guidelines, anyone in the Parish Hall will need to wear a mask.

Holiday Office Hours - The office will be closed on Thursday and Friday in observance of Thanksgiving. We wish each of you a safe, healthy and happy day of thanksgiving.
