Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in accordance with the provisions of General Laws (Ter.Ed), Chapter 67, Sections 7,13,14, and otherwise, you are hereby directed to warn and notify members of said Society to meet for an Annual Meeting in their Church at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 12th, 2022 to act upon the following Articles: (NOTE: time has been amended to 11:45 by mutual agreement of all members of the board and corrected in writing on the original by Kim Hall)
Article 1: To review 2021 annual meeting minutes
Article 2: To adopt a budget for the coming year
Article 3: To nominate and elect officers and committee members for the Society for the coming year
Article 4: To hear all other annual reports
Article 5: To remember members of this Society who have passed during the year through a moment of silence
Article 6: To recognize committee chairs
Article 7: To take up any other business that may come before this Society
You are directed to serve this warrant by posting an attested copy thereof within the Society’s church building before the time of said meeting.
Hereof, fail not, and make return of said warrant by the Moderator with your doings thereon at the time and place of said meeting.
