I think I’ve spent the last week in denial that it’s really December, or at least not having caught up with the idea that this calendar year is coming to a close. I remember last year...

The next Circle RE gathering will be this Sunday, 12/12 at 1:00 pm at First Parish Northboro (40 Church Street, Northboro). Come join us for recording a funny, paper-bag style Solstice Pageant, which will be played during worship service on 12/19. No memorization or experience necessary, just a willingness to have fun! All ages welcome!

Youth Group had a successful first meeting and planning session this past Sunday, and we're looking forward to our next meeting on 12/19 at 12:30 pm at UUCSW. Fun games and challenges will make up most of our meeting, as we continue to get to know each other, and start working together as a productive group. 

There will be no RE or Youth Group on 12/26. Our next Circle RE gathering is tentatively 1/9.

The steeple is nearly finished! As you can see the weathervane is back up as are the banners, and the back window has been sealed leaving the pigeons wondering how to get back into their nests.

Please deliver all gift cards for this year's Giving Tree to Erin Boudreaux's house (56 West Main Street) by noon this Saturday, 12/11.

For December, Book Group is reading The Yellow House by Patricia Falvey. Our December meeting is this Friday at 7:00 pm on Zoom.

The UUA is hosting an online event on 12/11, COMPASS, Navigating the Paths to Liberation Together, which is open to all.

Our December SMOC Food and Clothing Drive collection is 12/16 from 4:30 to 5:45 pm.

Music Director Kala Farnham will lead us in an Outdoor Hymn-Sing on Saturday, 12/18 from 3:00 to 4:00 pm on the church lawn. Join us!
