"In Defense of Self Compassion"

Thanksgiving can be a difficult holiday and bring up all manner of self-criticism, be it around our relationship with family, food, politics, etc. This service will focus on the importance of being kind to ourselves.

Please note, there will be no childcare this Sunday.

As always, children are welcome to stay in the sanctuary for the service!

Special Coffee Hour Bake Sale

Sunday, Dec 10

During the Youth Group babysitting event on Dec 9, the kids will be baking some goodies. We will be selling these treats at a special coffee hour on Sunday, Dec 10. All proceeds will be donated to the Westborough Food Bank. If you would like to donate any baked goods for sale at this coffee hour, please contact Colleen at [email protected].

Special thanks to one of our youngest friends for this wonderful idea!

The giving tree 2023 is back! Help us provide gifts for families in need this holiday season.

The tags will be on the Christmas tree starting Sunday, November 19.

All gifts must be wrapped and at the church in the coffee hour room by Sunday, December 10 at 10:30 AM. Thank you for your support during this holiday season!

SMOC Food and

Clothing Drives

As of December, SMOC food and clothing donations may be dropped off in the box in the Sanctuary every Sunday. We will no longer be collecting monthly on Thursday afternoons. Bologna can be stored in the upstairs refrigerator in the parlor.

Below are the upcoming Sundays before the monthly Friday delivery, so you are sure to bring in your donations by that Sunday:
