Sundays this Summer

‘On The Road Sundays’ have started!

All services are at 10:00 am

This Sunday 7/16 - “Poetry Share” at UUCSW. On this midsummer Sunday, Phyllis Barrett and Sheila McPharlin will invite those who attend to share poems which give them a feeling of delight. Jane Gates will be providing music. We will meet in the sanctuary. *Please note, this will be an in-person service only - no Zoom.

7/23 - at First Parish Church Berlin

7/30 - at First Parish Unitarian Universalist Northborough

8/6 - “Summer Church Share” @ FPUUC Stow&Acton.

8/13 - at First Parish Church Berlin - FPCBerlin.

8/20 - "Lessons in Oil Paint" at UUCSW, led by Rev. Laurel Gray

Air Conditioning Update

As many may know our church installed Mini-split air conditioners to the sanctuary, chapel and offices in 2015. Quiet, efficient, effective we've had no problems with until this past July 6th whn the air conditioning compressor for the chapel decided to leave the church. Literally. It unhinged itself from the church siding and fell around seven feet to the ground tearing its cables and tubes on the way down.

We are working with the original installation company and have filed an insurance claim and repairs should start soon!

Book Group

Our next Book Group meeting will be held tomorrow: Fri, July 14.  We will be reading Horse, by Geraldine Brooks.
