Ingathering Sunday

Led by Rev. Laurel Gray

Please join us for Ingathering Sunday with our traditional Water Communion. We will have water available in the sanctuary, or you may bring your own water that is meaningful to you. Water Communion is symbolic of our shared faith coming from many different sources.

This service will be held in the sanctuary and on Zoom:

Youth Group Advisors needed!

Our High School Youth Group offers age-appropriate and fun ways to explore spirituality, leadership, service, and engagement with the community and peers. Youth are supported in their journey by advisors and staff.

What are the responsibilities of a Youth Group Advisor?

  • Attend Youth Group meetings 1-2x per month, usually on Sunday evenings.
  • Relate well to and enjoy working with high school aged youth.
  • Work with our high school youth to plan outings, community service, and fundraising. The DRE and the teens will be responsible for taking the lead on planning and outreach. The advisors facilitate meetings and accompany the teens on occasional outings.
  • Help youth build relationships in the community through service.
  • Provide a safe environment.
  • Foster creativity and “thinking out of the box”.
  • Communicate problems or concerns to the DRE and/or Minister.
  • Have fun!

Youth Group advisors must be at least 25 years old.

Westborough for Life!

Stay. Connect. Thrive.

We will be participating as an exhibitor in the upcoming Westborough Connects event - Westborough for Life! Stay. Connect. Thrive., taking place at Westborough High School on Sunday, September 10th from 1-4 pm. This free community program is aimed at adults from age 45-99+. Through an expo featuring community clubs, businesses, and organizations; a variety of mini courses; and participation in fun activities aka "funtivities," the event offers many ways to connect and live well in Westborough. Whether you are curious about opportunities to join local organizations, you want to feel like a kid going back to school by taking a short course on an interesting topic, or you’ve always wanted to try your hand at activities such as salsa dancing or pickleball, this event is for you. Stop in anytime during the day- or stay the whole time. Invite local friends, family and neighbors, too. We hope to see you there.
