Friday Jeans Day

On Friday's students may wear Jeans and a MCE, ICC or Pathfinder tee-shirt. The first item cost $1.00 and the 2nd item will be $.50. We ask that students refrain from wearing skinny jeans. All money raised helps towards the 8th grade class trip.
All money can be given to your teacher upon school arrival.

Meet baby Hudson!
Saturday, October 6 from 7-9pm

We are so excited to celebrate with Chris and Shannon Wilhelm the arrival of baby Hudson. In lieu of gifts, we are collecting money to help cover adoption fees.
There will be the opportunity to sponsor a puzzle piece (picture of baby Hudson) as a symbol of our community's support. Every puzzle piece sponsored will have the name of the donor written on the back. You can sponsor puzzle pieces at this celebration or drop off donations at the office of Madison Campus Elementary or Madison Campus Church by Friday, October 5 .

Student Immunizations

If you have a child entering Kindergarten or 7th grade, we will need to have a updated immunization form in the school office ASAP. State law requires that we have copy on file for your student to attend school. If your child is exempt from immunizations, we will need written documentation from your physicians office.
8th grade Fundraiser

Birthday Grams are Back! Contact the office if you would like to order one for your child. Birthday Grams include a stuffed animal with a MCE shirt, candy and 2 balloons for $15.00. You can pay by cash, check or have it put onto your MCE school bill.

Do you have a printer at home or at work and not sure what to do with used ink cartridges? Our computer department is happy to receive your used cartridges and turn them into money for our computer/technology department.
Mr. Ross can send in 40 cartridges per month, so bring in as many as you have and we will put them to good use.

Ordering Hot Lunches

All Hot Lunches will need to be ordered 1 week in advance through our RenWeb system, the menu is below if you would like to print off.
  1. Log into RenWeb
  2. Code KTC-SDA
  3. Select Student Information
  4. Select Lunch
  5. Create Web Order in the top right hand corner
  6. Select the lunches your child desires with putting a 1 beside the item
  7. Scroll to the end and click on Order Items
  8. Once your child eats the hot lunch on the day selected your school account will be billed.
  9. If your child misses a day selected- you will not be charged
