Parents, this is an excellent way to "build up" your children! Encourage them to build their very own creation and show it in the fair. Fair divisions are open to all ages so there is no age limit in the fun!

From the Principal's Desk
We had a fantastic 60th Anniversary kick off weekend! Those who attended the golf tournament had a fantastic time. We raised $8800; thank you to the committee, Tonia Edenfield, Ann Little, Bonnie Green, Allyson Dees, Karena Crews, Tammy Bullard, Sonia Romero, and Lou Lester, Barbara Florez, Irma Wehrli and Jenalyn McCray for all of their hard work. Our own Mark Wilson hit the greens and represented Epiphany well!
On Sunday, we celebrated Mass with Fr. Rob, Fr. Kelly, Deacon Scott Conway, the Superintendent of the Diocese of St. Augustine, Sr. Eileen, and Sr. Mercedes. Thank you to all of our families who attended Mass with their children and to Julie Ishler, Amy Baughman, Sr. Philomina, Sr. Annie, Jenalyn McCray, Cindy Higgins, Rainey Hrichena, Mark Wilson and Nancy Baughman for their help at Mass and our reception afterwards. Thank you to School Board members, Suzanne Norris, Sonia Romero and Cindy Higgins for joining us at the luncheon with the religious after Mass. Pam Mammel of Couch Catering made a delicious meal for all.
We collected $580 for the 50/50 Raffle at the tournament last week. Our half, as well as the other half that was donated back to us, will go to Catholic Charities of Lake City, to purchase $10 gift cards for their Thanksgiving Baskets. The Epiphany ASTRA Club will be collecting food items next week for our donation to Catholic Charities for the Thanksgiving Baskets; additionally, they will be visiting Catholic Charities to volunteer some time packaging and preparing the items for distribution. ASTRA will also be selling Boo Grams next week to raise monies towards the Altrussa Christmas Book Drive for kindergartners. We are so blessed to have students who are so willing to serve their community by serving others!
Have a great weekend.
Yours In Christ,
Rita M. Klenk
