From the Principal's Desk
Dear Parents,
As we come to the close of the 2019-2020 school year, we have much to reflect back on. As we celebrated our 60th Anniversary at Epiphany Catholic School, we most certainly never envisioned it's ending quite like it played out with COVID-19.
We were blessed and fortunate enough, however, to celebrate with our graduating class of 2020, with an in-person Mass and awards ceremony last night. Donning the necessary masks and with the appropriate social distancing protocols for our church, the students arrived in their caps and gowns, with their nice dress clothes and shoes, hair in place and make up done to perfection. The teachers and I were so happy to see them and to see just how excited they were to be together as a class one last time.
These young people have so many God given gifts and talents. I know that whatever they choose to pursue in life they will go on to live out their faith by loving and serving God through their interactions with others. I am proud to have taught them the last couple of years and I look forward to their return to Epiphany as alumni and positive role models to our students.
I thank you again for your support, patience and willingness to work together with the teachers, staff and myself throughout this school year. Thank you for the countless volunteer hours that your families gave to our school.
We look forward to seeing you in August when we return, and hope that the summer months ahead afford you time to enjoy some quality time with your family and friends.
God bless and be safe.
Yours In Christ,
Rita M. Klenk
