60th Anniversary News
We're looking for pictures! Do you have pictures from the past 60 years at Epiphany Catholic School? Please share them with us! You may email pictures to email@example.com.
Thank you! We're looking forward to celebrating our 60th Anniversary with you!
We are looking for golfers to play. Cost is $55.00/golfer or $220.00/foursome.
If you know anyone that plays golf and would like to participate in our tournament, please have them contact the school office at 752-2320.
We are still in need of items for the Bucket Raffle/Auction we are having at lunch for the golf tournament. We ask that everyone please try and go out, ask your favorite restaurant for some gift certificates, car wash companies, your favorite place to shop. If you get the items we will certainly put the baskets together.
Also, donations of Gatorade and soft drinks for the beverage cart would be greatly appreciated!

This week our Epiphany ASTRA Club hosted a bake sale in support of hurricane relief efforts in the Bahamas. Those monies coupled with the monies from today’s dollar dress down day will enable us to send a check for over $400. Thank you to everyone for supporting this much deserved cause.
Today, the seventh and eighth graders and I created pinwheels in celebration of International Day of Peace which is tomorrow, September 21st. These pinwheels which are being created and placed all over the world are a childhood symbol of a time when things were simple, joyful, and peaceful. On these pinwheels, students have written their thoughts about “war/peace, tolerance, and living in harmony with others”. Through the Pinwheels for Peace project, we can make a visual statement about our feelings and in some small way, maybe, let the public know what we are thinking.
I thank my friend and former Epiphany colleague, for starting this at our school years ago, and I truly believe that it was divine intervention that I stumbled upon her copies of materials from years past, in time to participate with my math students today!
May we all strive to live and teach our children to live in a state of calmness and serenity, with no anxiety, the absence of violence, freedom from conflict and disagreement with other people, as we pray for such throughout our local community, our country, and the world.
Have a great weekend.
Yours In Christ,
Rita M. Klenk
