From the Principal's Desk
What an exciting week we had here at Epiphany! Midterms, Christmas parties and activities, a trip to the shelter for third grade to donate food for the animals, and a surprise visit from Santa, has kept us busy. We even had a surprise visit from Ms. Mikala Edenfield, via Facetime!
Many thanks to all who donated coats and jackets. They were brought to Christian Service Center to be given out to those in need. Thank you again to Bryer Carrico and his grandmother, Linda Jones, for their efforts to spearhead this coat drive.
As you celebrate this most wondrous time of year with family and friends, I pray that you will have the opportunity to slow down the pace of your day to day schedules, and to sit back and relax with some quality time with your children. My family has always enjoyed playing different games when our family gets together for the holidays. Monopoly, Clue, Scrabble, Uno, Head Bandz, Trivial Pursuit, have been some of our favorites over the years. Now that the “kids” are adults, we laugh about memories they have of when they were younger, and they are always sure to throw in some “fan favorites” that include the funniest aspects of their mom’s and dad’s lives too!
May your days be blessed and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year. Merry Christmas.
Yours In Christ,
Rita M. Klenk
