Munroe Gallery February Exhibition | |
Down to Earth - An Exhibition by Susan McGillicuddy
February 1 - 28, 2025
Munroe Gallery, Main Library
Open reception: Saturday, February 1, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
From the Artist - Much of my inspiration comes from humble, everyday items and experiences in my life. Whether the subject is a bunch of radishes, a basket of yarn waiting for my next knitting project, or the view from a kitchen window, these paintings are intended to celebrate life’s simple pleasures. I have always loved flowers and plants, and living in a farming community and working for many years at a garden center have provided me with an infinite supply of subjects to study and paint.
