Hello, Trident Academy Family. Here is your news!
Weekly Updates
Head of School

This past week on election day we as a faculty spent time in the beginning stages of preparing for our upcoming accreditation through SAIS. While the final visit isn't until February of 2020, we are beginning the process of evaluating our selves and forming goals for the next 5 years. We spent time looking at our mission, trying to boil it down to the bare bones or most important aspects/words in it. Words like individualized, thrive, transform and multi-sensory were bandied about. We reflected on what makes good teachers and what we would wish for Trident Academy if we had a magic wand. It was a great day and we felt like it helped us focus on the task at hand, answering the 3 major questions of accreditation: Where are we now? Where are we going? and How will we get there?
In the next weeks and months, we will be asking for your help in this all-important process. SAIS accreditation is a process in which all stakeholders are invited to participate. Board, Parents, Faculty, and Students will all have a part in helping to shape the next few years. In the next week or two, a link to a survey will be sent to each parent. Please take the time to fill it out and give us honest feedback. This is how we grow.

Thank you for trusting us with your children!

Have a wonderful weekend!
