New Afterschool Program on Campus!

The Golden Kids After-School Program is now on Trident Academy's campus in the building Crown rented the past few years. They provide a fun and safe environment for students K-6th grade until 6:00 PM for $100 per week. With CPR/First Aid trained staff, daily homework help, and engaging stations, it's a great fit for for our families! Sibling discounts are available. For more information, please contact >> info@goldenkidschildcare.com.

WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CAMPUS:

From petals to stems, our 2nd and 3rd graders are mastering the parts of a flower! They built models to learn about crosscutting concepts, exploring how each structure's function contributes to the whole.

Kicking off the season with a strong start! Our cross country runners gave it their all at their first meet against Coastal Christian Prep.

Our 6th graders are stepping back in time to learn about Jamestown, Virginia, the first permanent English settlement in North America. After studying a diagram of the original fort, students became engineers for a day, creating their own forts and incorporating key features like palisade walls and a triangular shape. What a hands-on way to make history come to life!

Our entire school had an incredible visit to Kingtide Farms! This hydroponics farm was the perfect place to get inspired as we prepare to start our very own hydroponics system. We were especially fascinated by their microgreens, those tiny, nutrient-packed powerhouses that add so much flavor and color to dishes. This hands-on experience gave us so much inspiration and great ideas to bring back to our school.

Learning patience one brick at a time! Our students are taking on the Lego challenge, using just one hand and practicing deep breaths to build their creations.
