A NOTE FROM LILI

Dear Members,

As we embrace the height of the spring season, we have several important updates regarding our facilities and an exciting lineup of upcoming social events. Please review the following topline information to stay informed about changes taking place around the Club.

Xfinity & NBC Programming

We are aware of the change in programming that all Xfinity consumers are experiencing. The current negotiations regarding offering NBC as one of the channels in the lineup are not related to the Polo Club exclusively, rather a nationwide change that is being handled between the media companies. Should you have any questions regarding the channels offered, please contact Xfinity directly through their platform.

Amenities Reminder

Please be reminded that our Food and Beverage amenities will begin a new temporary stage of availability. Immediately after dinner service this evening, Wednesday, April 8, the Traditions Lounge, Traditions 2 and Crown Room will be prepped for demolition as we accelerate the upper level (Phase 2) stage of our construction project with the single focus to complete the Clubhouse at the earliest possible date.

Dining opportunities are correctly listed on the April Dining calendars, and reservations are highly encouraged for dinner service. We look forward to offering our dining and entertainment services at the Laurels and Barefoot Café for a period spanning a few weeks, while we continue to prepare for the launch of our Polo Prime.

Spring Event Lineup

Our club calendar is officially in bloom! We have a curated lineup of events to celebrate the season. Secure your spot for these upcoming highlights:

  • Kentucky Derby Party | Saturday, May 2 | Big hats, sharp suits, and high stakes! Join us at the Barefoot Cafe for the most exciting two minutes in sports, followed by DJ and dancing. It's all the pageantry of Churchill Downs, right here at the Club.
  • Cinco de Mayo Fiesta | Tuesday, May 5 | Spice up your Tuesday with a festive fiesta in the Laurels fueled by bold flavors, live music and great company.
  • Mother's Day Brunch | Sunday, May 10 | Give Mom the VIP treatment she deserves, with an indulgent and elegant brunch in the Laurels that the whole family will love.

To maintain a comfortable environment during busy Monday afternoons, we will continue to provide additional space for card play in Laurels until Monday, April 27. Beyond the ten tables in the Red Room, nine extra tables will be available each Monday. Snacks and beverages will remain available from the Red Room.

We look forward to seeing you around the Club.
