All the exercises you love on the reformer & tower can be done at home with a few props. Gliders (Paper Plates), Light Weights (Cans), Risers (Pillow Cushions), Bands, Balls and other props will be used to simulate Pilates Equipment Based Exercises.  We also have limited bands, balls & weights for current clients to borrow and/or purchase.
