Here we are... August 2nd! The count down to school is ON!

Teachers have been in and out in their rooms beginning to get things ready, Mr. Guillotte has been NON-stop working extra hard at preparing the building AND many deliveries and contractors have been in and out this summer. It's been busy!

Our hope is to share some exciting updates with you and to give you some important reminders as you begin to get in "back to school mode". Please read carefully. :)

Excited to Welcome...

Third Grade...Ms. Katz!

We are so blessed to welcome Ms. Katz to our team for grade 3! She has a degree in elementary and special education from Providence College, and is also a graduate from Stang! Ms. Katz has spent her summer teaching sailing and is very excited to meet her students!

Fourth Grade... Mrs. Piazza

We are beyond excited to welcome Mrs. Piazza to our team for grade 4! Mrs. Piazza comes with over 20 years experience in Catholic Schools both in teaching and in leadership. She has spent her summer enjoying family time and getting ready to meet her students!

At this point, all of our positions have been filled; praise God! As soon as we are able to share more, we will!

Important Dates to Keep on Your Radar!

Supply Drop Off/Meet the Teacher!

PreK3-Grade 8 students should bring their supplies, drop them off in their rooms, and head outside!

Families will receive their "PURPLE Portfolios" with their beginning of the year paperwork (medical forms, handbook/tuition agreement, calendar etc).

PreK Orientation!

New and Returning PreK families, mark your calendars for PreK Orientation on 8/20! Only one parent needs to attend; please no kids so we can focus on information you need to know as moms and dads for a fun, safe, and blessed start to the year!

Exciting Updates!

New Gym Floor

Thanks to generous donors in both our Call of the Heart and our Boosterthon, we have replaced our gym floor!

New PreK3 Classroom!

This summer we have done some renovation in expanding the PreK3 classroom and creating a nurses office space! The finishing touches are happening.

New K-5 Reading Program!

With lots of prayer and research, we have adopted Into Reading as our new reading program for the fall. Into Reading is owned by the same company that does MAP testing, has very strong scores on Ed Reports, and is strong in the science of reading!

New PreK Furniture/Curriculum!

Our PreK classrooms have all been repainted and have gotten new furniture! Our PreK teachers have also adopted a new PreK Curriculum called Opening the World of Learning (OWL) that has been used by the Archdiocese of Boston.

New Middle School Elective Program!

Our middle school students will have the opportunity to take 3 different electives (one per trimester) this coming year to further explore their interests. Courses in graphic design, carpentry, and financial literacy are just a few new offerings.
