St. Francis Xavier Families,

The teachers and I are back to school as of Monday with teacher professional development! We are on our staff retreat on Tuesday, so please pray for us. Then we are set to welcome our K-8 students back on Wednesday AM!

Middle school students should wear special occasion uniform on the first day. Just a friendly reminder that morning extended starts on Wednesday, but afternoon extended does NOT start until the Tuesday after Labor Day. A water bottle and a snack are a needed for this short week.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Monday where you can come anytime between 3-5pm to drop off your supplies in the classrooms, meet the teachers, see the gym floor, and head outside to enjoy the playground and ice cream truck. (Parents just a friendly reminder there is no nurse on duty this night and no teachers on the playground so thanks for supervising your own munchkins!)

Waiting to hear....School Lunches

We are waiting to hear on a start date for our lunch program as well as a September menu. As soon as we hear, we will let you know. (LAST YEAR it started the Tuesday after Labor Day--- so we are hoping for the same this year, but it has not yet been confirmed).

Handbook: The updated 2024-2025 Parent/Student Handbook has been uploaded into the Resource Documents for review.

Webform Updates/Edits: Please go into your Webforms in the Family Portal to review and make any necessary edits to info BEFORE August 26th and be sure to hit the SAVE BUTTON if you make any changes. On Aug 26th the Webform access will be shut down and you will need to contact the school office directly with any changes you need to make to medical, demographic, emergency contact info.
