St. Francis Xavier Families,

We finally have the master calendar for you! Thank you for your patience. Have a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend! A BIG thank you to all of our SFX Military Parents and Family. Thank you for serving so generously.

A few things to note before reading the calendar:

1) Please notice the yellow highlight August dates (as August is not pictured). We will continue to do 1/2 days the first week of school to allow for teacher meetings.

2) We are accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). They do their large visit every TEN years and there are special reports and data we submit to maintain our accreditation in the interim. St. Francis Xavier is due for our decennial visit in the spring of 2026. While this might seem far off, next academic year is when we are required to complete a large self-study. Per diocesan policy, we are allowed extra PD days to complete this rather large undertaking of our self-study. On the calendar, you will notice dates in BLUE that are marked as SAL days so that teachers have time to work on this report due before our program visit. (Currently we have 4 scheduled and we are waiting on a few other dates before we will schedule a 5th one). We take seriously our accreditation, and appreciate your understanding as we work towards renewing it.

3) We tried to be clear when we are offering extended care and when we are not for your future planning purposes.

June 5th: Small Wonders Celebration and Last Day

June 6th: PreK4 Celebration and Last Day

June 7th Kindergarten Graduation and Last Day

June 12th: Last Day for Grades 1-7. 11:30am Dismissal with no extended.
