St. Francis Xavier Families,

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Halloween Dance. Just a reminder-- NO tickets at the door. Unfortunately, it is too late to purchase tickets as we are at capacity with over 400 guests expected.

Another friendly reminder that parents are responsible for their children tonight. Adults will need to use the bathroom in the gym space or in the front office. NO adults should be using student bathrooms.

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at Parent Teacher Conferences this coming Thursday/Friday. (See the link below to sign up for a slot if you have not already).

Thank you to everyone who totaled their Otis Cookie Dough orders and sent a single check or cash in, or who processed their orders totally online.

I appreciate your help so much.

On a related note, there were a few challenging orders, such as this one, which left me guessing. If you're involved in this order, can you please let me know what student/school family this should be credited to?

I'm holding out everyone's order waiting on this one. Life lesson - following directions is important, as is writing your name on the assignment before you turn it in. ;-)

Students/Families who make a purchase from one of our vendors will be given a dress down pass. (Our vendors are making a donation to our school and we want to support them with purchases).

All parents are asked to attend! The home and school partnership is crucial for your child's success.

Middle School Parents: Please schedule a time to meet with your child's homeroom teacher where you will receive MAP scores. Appointments may be scheduled with other subject area teachers if you feel that would be beneficial for your child's success!

As mentioned via email... we have a coach for PreK, but would need more parents to step up. We need 7-10 kids to create a team. Please let us know if you are interested ASAP!
