Weekly Walkthu: September 1, 2023

St. Francis Xavier Families,

We had an awesome first week here at school. Many smiling faces and friends excited to see each other. This week the teachers worked hard at practicing procedures and setting their expectations for a great year. Speaking of procedures... please make sure you pull ALL the way down in the drop off rotary to allow us to keep it movin' in the morning.

Please read carefully as there are important dates, forms, and other information to be aware of!

PARENT HOMEWORK DUE ASAP:

This year parent homework is electronic, and so all families need to log on to their FACTS Family Portal to review and make any necessary edits to emergency pickups, medical info, etc. on the Webforms directly.
ALL Students and Parents will also need to e-sign the Acknowledgement Webform found in the Family Portal for the handbook and tuition agreement.

Please complete/update all Webforms on FACTS by Friday, September 15st... at the very latest...as we will shut down your editing access to the Webforms in order to print necessary reports.

**Any necessary changes after Sept. 15th must be communicated directly to the main office.

Ask your child about our school wide voice levels!

These were introduced across all grade levels to provide consistency in the expectation of behavior around the building. This also serves as an importance in school safety because all teachers are using the same language.

Voice level 0- Silent

Voice level 1- Whisper

Voice level 2- Normal voice

Voice level 3- Outside voice
