Hello!
Yesterday, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed CS/SB 72 – Civil Liability for Damages Relating to COVID-19. The bill provides crucial liability protection to individuals, businesses, educational institutions, religious organizations, and health care providers for liability claims related to COVID-19.

The Destin Chamber, in partnership with the Florida Chamber and more than 100 chambers across the state, advocated for the passage of this bill. Thank you to Gov. DeSantis and the Florida Legislature for protecting our businesses.
