Health Partner Spotlight: Livongo

Livongo is a diabetes management program that provides a free smart touchscreen glucose meter, unlimited lancets and test strips, 24/7 real-time support for out-of-range readings, and personalized action plans and coaching support. The program is free and available to BCBSIL HMO and PPO members and dependents age 18 and older. Learn more about Livongo here
