OPENING RECEPTION: "ARE WE THERE YET? explores the ongoing journey of art-making—discovery, transformation, and reinvention. Kristy Darnell Battani weaves vintage prints into abstract, textile-inspired works and portraits of overlooked women leaders. Sharon Kyle repurposes rusted metal, wire, and wood into symbolic assemblages of resilience and change. Hank Lumen paints textured, surreal cowboy scenes inspired by cave art and childhood drawings. This exhibit celebrates the joy of creation in the process itself.
