Dear Congregation,

This week, we will continue to focus on Matthew's Parables- looking at Jesus' words on paying taxes. Jesus invites us all to consider every blessing that we have, both individually, and as a community. As we focus on the gifts that God has given to us, we are also starting our stewardship campaign- Thanks Upon Thanks. We are so excited to hear how the church has shaped the lives of our members. All month long, we will ask God to help us better see, hear, and know how we are being invited to care for our community, both inside the church and beyond our walls.

If you would like to be a part of the sermon preview Bible Study, you are invited to gather in my office on Monday at 10:00 AM for an hour to read the scripture for the upcoming sermon. Next week, our focus will be on Matthew 22:34-46.

Blessings,

Pastor Deborah
