Start now.  Start where you are.
Start with fear.  Start with pain.
Start with doubt.  Start with hands shaking.
Start with voice trembling but start.
Start and don't stop.  Start
where you are, with what you have.
Just ... Start.

Sundays this Autumn
at your North Fork Yoga Studio

with
Meg Camazo @ 8am
Many of you will recognize Meg who has been practicing with us for some time.  What you may not know is that she is a RYT 200Hr and loves to share her informed, intelligent, playful, and challenging (yet accessible) approach to teaching yoga.  Her philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that Yoga is for every BODY and that yoga is a journey that continues both off the mat as well as on.

and
Huck Hirsch @ 10am
Huck Hirsch  is a former dancer who first embraced yoga as a way to keep his expressive spirit moving after he stopped performing. That initial passion of transferenc e led to a broader interest in the service of yoga as a means for deepening
the human experience, if not making it better. His teaching methodology draws from extensive training in Anusara and AcroYoga, colored by life experiences as a performer, writer, artist, partner, brother, friend, son. Huck has taught asana and partner yoga workshops from coast to coast, in Hawaii, Norway and Mexico and is looking forward to serving the dynamic North  Fork yoga community as a recently transplanted local.

We  are deeply grateful to Christine Gagen for a summer full of her superb classes and look forward to welcoming her back next Spring when she returns to us <3 <3 <3

In all things give thanks
