We welcome gardeners of all ages and skill levels to help us plant corn and green bean seeds and more on two Saturdays in May. Here are the dates: Saturday, May 3, 10:30-Noon, Parish Planting Day 1 and Saturday, May 17, 10:30-Noon, Parish Planting Day 2. We'll meet in the vegetable garden near the upper parking lot. What to bring: dress for weather and garden work, gloves, hat, water bottle, sunscreen, and a small trowel. Sign up with Mark Robinson. His information is in Realm. The harvest is shared with our church family including homebound members and any leftovers are donated to a local food bank. There is nothing quite like fresh sweet corn, green beans, cucumbers, and watermelon. Just ask the children!
