This Week

Church Office will be closed for the July 4th holiday tomorrow, July 3. The office will be open regular hours on Monday, July 6.

Upcoming Opportunities

The Food Bank continues to serve individuals and families throughout our community. Our food donations have been lighter than usual in recent weeks. If you are able, please consider bringing non-perishable food items to help keep the shelves stocked during the summer months. Food can be placed in the baskets in both the Parish Hall and Nave or in the rolling bin near the men's bathroom in the Welcome Center.

August 2-8 is our congregation’s week to serve meals at the Salvation Army Center of Hope Night Shelter. There are five (5) evenings still open! This ministry provides not only a filling meal, but is also an opportunity to meet people in our community who are often treated as invisible. Volunteers are needed throughout the week to help prepare, serve, and share hospitality with residents. If you are interested in participating or would like more information, please contact Gary Kovar.

Tour de Saints is featured in the Spring issue of Disciple Magazine Our charity cycling event is receiving some amazing diocese-wide attention. The article summarizes how Tour de Saints has become a meaningful example of All Saints' mission of "facing outward" - inviting the wider community to come together in service and sending resources back out to make a difference. Click here to read the article and you are encouraged to share it on your social media to reach an even wider audience!

Become a "Friend of Tour de Saints"!  Did you know you can make an individual contribution to Tour de Saints? In addition to several business sponsorship levels, there is also an option to contribute as an individual or family for any amount $10 and up. Click on the QR code (or button below) for more information!

Bishop Sam Rodman Announces Upcoming Retirement | Dear beloved members of the Diocese of North Carolina – After much prayer, thoughtful conversation and discernment, I am writing today to let you know that I have made the decision to call for the election of the 13th bishop of the Diocese of North Carolina in November of 2027, and to retire when the new bishop is ordained and consecrated in the spring of 2028. Click to read Bishop Sam's letter.

Rector Search Update | The parish profile is now in process of being reviewed by Canon Marion Sprott, The Canon for Transitions, and The Rt. Rev. Samuel Rodman, Bishop of the Diocese of NC.

Once approved by the Bishop, the parish profile will be posted and available to potential Rector candidates considering whether to enter a discernment process with All Saints'.

The Search Committee thanks the entire congregation for their input during the congregational meetings that formed the foundation of the parish profile, your thoughts and comments shared with Search Committee members over the past two months, and your prayers and support for the work being done. If you would like to speak with a member of the Search Committee at any point in the process, look for the blue ribbons on our name badges. You are also welcome to reach out directly to our co-chairs, Randy Brantley or Joy Marie De Block. Their contact information can be found in Realm.
