We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Contract Field Inspector in our West Allis, Wisconsin location.
The Contract Field Inspector performs the following duties:
- Coordinate, supervise and inspect contracted maintenance work/projects for WE Energies and ATC as assigned to ensure compliance to WE maintenance standards
- Inspect quality of work, materials used and review invoices submitted for contracted work
- Schedule and interface with other business units within WE Energies and ATC to complete work within allotted timeframes
- Represent WE Energies best interests to ensure quality of work, product, costs and customer satisfaction
- Interact with local building inspectors, Diggers Hotline, and customers as needed
- Use maintenance management software (CASCADE) to document maintenance work
- Verify contractor timesheets and invoicing
- Safe guard contractors while in energized substations
- Obtain protection tagging such as “Hold-off “ and “Hotline” clearances as needed
- Ensure contractor compliance to WE and OSHA safety standards
- Other miscellaneous duties as required or assigned

The Job Coach provides direct support to jobseekers who are returning citizens by providing resource coordination, job coaching, case management and follow-up to participants to assist them with their goals related to their pending release. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, presentations, program orientation, and ensuring successful community reentry. Some local travel (reimbursable), knowledge of community social services, and support. Develop relationships with employers and community groups working together to provide opportunities of behalf of the job seekers.
