Reentry Job Coach

Job Coach needed for a Workforce Development program in Milwaukee. 

The Job Coach provides direct support to jobseekers who are returning citizens by providing resource coordination, job coaching, case management and follow-up to participants to assist them with their goals related to their pending release. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, presentations, program orientation, and ensuring successful community reentry. Some local travel (reimbursable), knowledge of community social services, and support.  Develop relationships with employers and community groups working together to provide opportunities of behalf of the job seekers. Assists with on-the-job training, job placement or work experience assignments. BA preferred in human services, education, or related field.
