The YAB attended the YAB meeting and is currently working on the following:
- Subrecipient Agreements with YHDP awardees - Start date on programs 1/1/24
Implementation planning on:
- Training institute tasks, including training list and preparation
- Start-up activities, including kick-off meeting, policies/procedures, resources for agencies, invites for meetings for agencies, and revisit governance

Working with HMIS to get projects set up including required and recommended data elements
- Continuing to Review the YAB budget and overall YAB sustainability, including parameters for membership and Youth professional development
