Pastor Jeff's prophecy... fulfilled! Fly Eagles, fly!!

Answers to Trivia Questions

Where is this piece of stained glass located in the Sanctuary and what is depicted on it?

The Iris is located high on the west side of the north wall, in the middle.

Simeon told Mary that a sword would pierce her soul. The Iris with its sword shaped leaves became a symbol of the Virgin Mary and the pain she experienced seeing the suffering of her Son.

In light of Valentine's Day, how many times a day does the average human heart beat?

100,000. The human heart pumps about 1.5 gallons of blood every minute. Over the course of the day, that is 2,000 gallons.

In 1 Corinthians, Paul states 3 important things, but the greatest is love. What three things?

1 Corinthians 13:13 - Faith, Hope, and Love. We have nothing without love!
