Love of Learning ~ Managing Your Media
Media exists in many formats across many devices, and sometimes managing it all can feel like a lot! If you took lots of photos over the holiday season, will you be printing those images out, uploading them to the cloud, loading them onto a flash drive? If none of that terminology makes sense or you are just not sure of all the options you may have, mark your calendars for Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 1:00pm in Room B. Conner Treude, our Media Coordinator, will discuss storing and sharing pictures and media across both your phone and computer. We’ll cover topics like texts, emails, AirDrop, and thumb drives. Sign up here and start 2025 off by learning something new!

High School Ski Trip Highlights
This past weekend, La Casa High School students experienced an incredible time of growth and connection with God at the ski trip in Flagstaff.
They confronted the lies and stress the enemy uses to distort their identities, learning to take every thought captive and replace it with God's truth (1 Corinthians 10:4-5). The steps they took in their faith were inspiring, and we can't wait to see how God continues to work in their lives!
Freshman and first-time attendee, Brookie, said, "Going on the church trip and skiing together was amazing, but what really stood out was the powerful messages by Ryan, and the faith we all felt as teens."
If you missed this trip, you definitely don't want to miss the next one - our summer trip is going to be amazing!
Sign up now to lock in your spot. Registration closes at the end of January. Click here.

Answers to Trivia Questions
Where is this piece of stained glass located in the Sanctuary, and what is depicted on it?
The La Casa de Cristo Dove stained glass is located high on the north wall as you enter the Sanctuary, second from the left. The dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit from John 1:32. The dove in this window was used in the design of the tapestry which hung in La Casa de Cristo’s first building and it became the church’s logo.
January 6 is Epiphany. It is also known as what?
Three Kings Day. It is a celebration of the Magi who visited baby Jesus and brought him gifts. In many parts of the Latin world, Día de Los Tres Reyes Magos or Day of the Kings is widely celebrated.
What is Frankincense?
It is the dried sap of the Boswellia genus with about 50 species in the family. The tree is punctured, the sap collected, dried, and then burned for a very aromatic scent.
