Summer of Service
We have the most amazing congregation here at La Casa de Cristo who give selflessly of their time, talents, and treasure. Thank you for always stepping up to serve at many of the worship services, events, dinners, memorials, and even at off-campus events. Each year we have volunteers who go to camp with our middle schoolers, Royal Family Kids Camp, and others participate in so many outreach opportunities.
If you've wanted to get involved, but haven't gotten your 'toes wet' yet, there are once-a-week, or once-a-month, and even once-a-year service ops that we would like you to know about.
Explore our website to see where you might use your gifts! Under the 'SERVE' tab, which you can access here, there is a list with a variety of ways to serve. Even if you are homebound, you can be a member of the prayer team! If you have a smart phone/tablet/computer, you receive a daily email with the prayer requests of the church. It is one of the best ways to serve!

PV Community Food Bank - Help deliver donated food
St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room - Help serve a meal
Food From the Heart - Help prepare/deliver meals for those in need
Royal Family Kids Mentor - Mentor foster children
Palomino/Campo Bello - Read with school children during the school year, 2-4 hours per week.
Vacation Bible Xperience - Volunteer once a year for one week on campus.
If you would like to be part of any team: Bridge to Hope, Angel Tree, Easter Baskets, Feed My Starving Children, Blood Drive, Water Drive, Ushers, Lay Readers or Communion Servers, Choirs, Nursery, MOMs, Women's Groups (i.e., Knifty Knitters, Soul Food, Quilting Group, Book Clubs), or any other ministry, reach out to us by phone or email and we will put you in contact with the people who lead those groups. 480-948-1234
