50^th Anniversary Celebration

This has been a monumental year of celebration for our

church – 50 years of ministry!  We kicked off our year-long celebration in 2024 with a cruise-themed “Set Sail” party and we have been sailing in celebration ever since! Our church’s ship has made port stops in parades including the Arcadia 4th of July Parade and the Fountain Hills Thanksgiving Day Parade. Our friendly Sea Lion mascot, Fifty, has also made appearances at several events and eaten his share of fish! And don’t forget, there are mini Jesus figurines still left to be found on campus with the fun and exciting Seek Him 50th Anniversary campus hunt! So exciting! Now, get ready as our ship returns back to our home port right here on La Casa’s campus. Don’t miss the return of the S.S. La Casa de Cristo on Sunday, April 27th for our biggest and best celebration as we rejoice in the 50th Anniversary of La Casa de Cristo Lutheran Church! On April 27th we will join in worship in the same fashion that we did 50 years ago: no, not on Pastor Garman’s living room floor… but we will gather in unity in ONE Sunday worship service as ONE family of God. What a blessing it will be to worship our Lord together as ONE. Tell all your family and friends to please join us for this very special Sunday worship service happening at 9:15 am on April 27th. The Saturday evening service at 5:00 pm will still be available on April 26th as well.

Lunch and Activities

Join us outside after worship on April 27th for lunch and all kinds of amazing activities. There will be a large tent for shade in the west lawn, a delicious free meal for all, a bounce house for the kids, plus much more!
