This Week's Live Lunch with the Chamber
Yesterday, we held Lunch with the Chamber on Facebook LIVE with Pilates by Isabella, located in the Villa Rosa Centre (down the hall from Mamma Ramona's, next to Cedar Rose Café).

This new and beautiful body-positive yoga/pilates studio welcomes everyone! They are offering a New Client Special: 9 classes for $69. Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly contracts are available, in addition to a la carte packages.

Chamber Mixer TONIGHT!
Cheers of Ramona is hosting tonight's mixer! As usual, we will have food, beverages, networking, opportunity drawings, and FUN!

Attending a mixer is a great opportunity to get exposure for your business! Can’t attend but want to participate? Donating to our opportunity drawings is a great way to advertise. We are happy to accept baskets or individual items/gift certificates. You can drop off items at our office until 4pm today. SAN MARCOS, Calif. (September 14, 2022) — North San Diego County residents now have greater access to same-day health care services with the opening of a new TrueCare West San Marcos QuickCare on Grand Avenue. Prompt quality medical care is vital, especially with flu season approaching, and TrueCare is ready to serve the community with expanded access to non-emergency health care services that require immediate attention.

Without the stressful “urgent care” experience, TrueCare QuickCare patients can receive a wide range of medical services by making a quick appointment just prior to heading in to see a provider. Details are in the September 14 press release.
