CHURCH BUSINESS CONFERENCE RESULTS
Giving God the Glory and Praise!
We had excellent attendance and participation in the business conference held on Sunday, April 23, 2023. At the meeting, the Church clerk shared the Member Changes Report that included the addition of 32 new members to our church roll within the last five months. Praise God!
The Building and Grounds Committee presented two motions, both of which were approved.
- Motion #1- The church approved that we use $31,000 from the General Fund to paint, re-carpet and refresh the basement area (ground floor) of the church.
- Motion #2- The church approved that up to $12,000 from the General Fund may be used for construction of a concrete pad with 2 basketball goals to serve as an activity area for the children and youth.
The Finance Committee gave a positive report on the general budget as well as a positive report on the Student Building Loan. Thank you to everyone who participated in this important part of our church organization.
