This Sunday, September 19 we will officially welcome The Rev. Angela Lerena, our new Associate Rector during both 8:00 & 10:30 AM services. Join us at 9:15 AM in the sanctuary between services for a special "Get to know Angela" Adult Forum with Matt. This fall all Adult Forum and Clergy Classes will occur in the sanctuary from 9:15 - 10:10 AM. Bring some coffee and enjoy the conversation this Sunday!

New Worship Schedule
8:00 AM Inside & Online
10:30 AM Outside
We will resume two in-person Sunday Services on September 19. 8:00 AM Indoors (masked) and livestreamed, and 10:30 AM Outdoors (weather permitting) with Children's Chapel. We are also excited to begin our Education For All programming between services at 9:15 AM including: Sunday School for Children & Youth, Adult Forum, and Choir Rehearsals. Don't forget to sign up HERE to help as a Worship Volunteer!

Education for All
Sundays
9:15 - 10:10 AM
This Sunday will be the beginning of our Fall Education for All programming! Between the 8:00 & 10:30 AM Services, we will provide Education for All. Adults will meet in the sanctuary. High School & Middle School students will meet in their Sunday School Rooms. Pre-K through 5th Grade will meet outside (weather permitting) for Sunday School. As we honor our patron saint we have a fantastic St. Michael's Weekend planned for our community. Save the dates for the following opportunities to Celebrate. Serve. Worship. Don't forget to RSVP if needed.

Friday, October 1, 5:00 - 6:30 PM we will have a special ribbon cutting ceremony for our new Prayer Room as we officially open "The Center for Spiritual Direction at St. Michael's." Join us for a celebratory Wine & Cheese Event and to learn more. RSVP HERE.

Saturday, October 2, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM we will prepare 10,000 (that's right ... ten thousand) meals in partnership with Mission for Hope for people living in Haiti. This is a great opportunity for all ages and we hope you can join us. RSVP HERE to let us know you can help.

Sunday, October 3, 10:00 AM Celebratory Worship in the sanctuary followed by food trucks, games, and activities in the parking lot and back lawn. Food for purchase. No RSVP required and we hope to see you there!

Parents' Night!
Next Saturday, Sept. 25
5:30 - 7:30 PM
Parents of children and youth, come gather at St. Michael's for dinner, fun, and fellowship! We are excited to get together, get to know each other, and deepen existing connections! Programming and childcare will be provided for all children.. Click HERE to sign up for the event.

Thrift House Donations
Next Sunday, Sept. 26
Have treasures you want to donate? The ECW Thrift House is collecting donations following both services on Sunday, September 26 and we are looking for volunteers to help drive these donations down to the Thrift House. If you can help load up your car with donations on the 26th and bring them to the Thrift House that week, please call Kay C. Mast at 719-600-7911.

St. Mike's Golf Outing
A few years back St. Michael's had a golf outing that gained a lot of interest and we'd love to do this again! For golfers who would be interested, please let Jim Dennison know which day you would prefer: Sunday, September 26th at 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM or Sunday, October 17 at 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM. Photo Directory
Due THIS MONDAY September 20
This summer we switched our church database to a new online software called "Breeze." Once fully functionally you will be able to log into your account to view contribution information and access the online directory. We are also updating all the individual and family photos in the database. To update our Breeze database and prepare these directories, we are asking for you to send in a current family/household picture, as well as a picture of each individual within your home. Drive Thru Communion
Transitioning to Home Communion Delivery
As we begin transitioning into the Fall and our service times change, September 5 was our last day for Drive Thru Communion. And as we enter this new phase of indoors services, we are aware that not everyone is ready to move back inside yet. If you are unable to make the service but would still like Communion sign up HERE to for Home Communion Delivery.

Thank you all for your wonderful continued support of this ministry, we are so thankful for all the quarters we've collected. While we have an amazing group of volunteers already, we are looking for new faces to volunteer to staff the Laundry Love events themselves.
