MEN'S OUTDOOR WEEKEND @ CAMP CARAWAY
April 29-30, 2022
sponsored by Baptists on Mission
Hey fellas, grab your gear because we're taking a weekend for some much-needed R&R. It will be a tremendous time of fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth. FRIDAY NIGHT will include a worship rally featuring music by Three 16, guest speaker, Chris Wells (the "Bass Chaplain" and founder of Well-Spoken Ministries), and a campfire. SATURDAY will include demonstrations on archery, skeet shooting, pistol shooting, tomahawk throw, and more. Saturday Afternoon offers participation and competition in .22 rifles, archery, pistols, skeet, and tomahawk throw. They recognize a “Top Shot” each year, and winners from each shooting category. You can also enjoy the zip line, corn hole, and fishing. The event concludes after an awards ceremony and supper Saturday evening.
Camp Caraway provides all firearms and ammo for the event. Caraway asks that participants not bring their own. However, if you have a bow you use, you can bring it (target tips only). Also, if you plan to fish, bring your own fishing gear and bait.
Participants must be 13 years old, and all minors must be accompanied by their father, grandfather, or another relative.
COST: $90 per person and includes transportation, Friday night lodging, three meals on Saturday, and all program materials and supplies. Piney Grove guys will go as a group so please sign up through our link on pineygrovebc.org or the church center app. A $20 deposit will reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be due no later than April 17th.
Guys, this is gonna be great. Come & go with us!

GRADE SCHOOL KIDS CHOIR
It's not too late to sign-up!
Rehearsals for GOD SQUAD, the musical, have begun! The musical for grade school kids 1-6 will be presented at 6 pm on Friday, May 6th, and Saturday, May 7th at 6 pm with a presentation by the preschool choir prior at 5:45 pm. Rehearsals for the musical are on Wednesdays for the next 9 weeks from 5:55 pm SHARP - 6:55 pm and then the kids are taken to RA/GA mission groups by choir leaders. Submit your child’s name to Mrs. Michelle via email [email protected] no later than March 9th. After that, we won’t be able to accept more kids into the program. Make sure to bring your kiddos at 5:55 pm with bathroom and water breaks out of the way. Children will receive a musical book and a listening CD to take home so they can practice in the car and at home. It’s important to make each rehearsal, as it affects the entire practice if your child is not present, so make this a priority if you want your child to be a part of this fun and creative musical about the Armor of God!

Matthew 6:9-13
Our Father who art in heaven
Hallowed Be Your name
Your Kingdom Come
Your Will be done
On earth as it is in heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our trespasses
As we forgive those who trespass against us
Lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
For thine is the kingdom, the power,
and the glory forever. Amen.
