Children's Chapel
This Sunday 9:00 AM
Under the Pavilion
This Sunday we will launch a special worship experience for your children called Children's Chapel. This will include songs, prayers, accessible readings of scripture, and an interactive message. Bring your elementary school aged children down to the pavilion to worship with Owen. TRIBE
Outdoor Summer Concert
This Thursday!
August 19, 6:00 - 8:00 PM
We are so excited to have TRIBE, a New Orleans themed jazz and blues band, as this summer's featured concert at St. Michael's. Mark your calendars for August 19th, 6-8 PM, for a Mardi Gras themed gathering on the back patio. Don't forget your dancing shoes! All are welcome and no RSVP required.

Elisa Wicks, Violinist
This Sunday, August 15
This week we welcome violinist Elisa Wicks who will be playing for our Sunday service. Elisa is the Artistic Director of Parish House Baroque, Colorado Springs' Early Music Ensemble. Elisa serves as principal second violinist in the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs and frequently performs with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic and other groups throughout the Pikes Peak region. She will be joining Amalia on the hymns and be playing Bach's beautiful "Arioso" as the meditation song.

Drop off your donated school supplies to the church office Mondays -Thursdays 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, on Sundays, or leave them in the bins outside the church office. Donations due August 22.

10th Annual
Rib-a-palooza
August 21, 6 - 8 PM
Men of St. Michael's, join our Barbecue Ministry Team as we celebrate the 10th Annual Rib-a-palooza. This Men-only event will be held at outdoors at St. Michael's from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. IHN Volunteers for Dinners Needed
“Beyond the Walls”
September 13-17
St. Michael’s upcoming IHN non-in-house hosting week will be September 13 -17. Please help by volunteering to prepare and deliver dinners for the four families housed in the IHN “Day House” on North Tejon St. The dinner deliveries are very safe with no contact between families and volunteers, and are a meaningful way to make a big difference in the lives of the families.

Photo Directory
We need your photo!
This summer we switched our church database to a new online software called "Breeze". Once fully functionally you will be able to log into your account to view contribution information and access the online directory. We are also updating all the individual and family photos in the database. To update our Breeze database and prepare these directories, we are asking for you to send in a current family/household picture, as well as a picture of each individual within your home. Plaza & Pavilion Meeting Spaces
We are very excited to offer the Plaza and Pavilion as great outdoor meeting spaces for groups beginning to gather in-person outdoors! On the Plaza we've got great new and light outdoor tables and chairs (6 tables, 24 chairs) and under the Pavilion we've got multiple picnic tables that can be used or moved about. Please reach out to the church office by calling (719) 598-3244 x103 or emailing [email protected] to reserve either of these spaces for your group or ministry! |

Thank you all for your wonderful continued support of this ministry, we are so thankful for all the quarters we've collected. While we have an amazing group of volunteers already, we are looking for new faces to volunteer to staff the Laundry Love events themselves. Picnic in the Pavilion

We are so happy to begin our summer of Picnic in the Pavilion every Tuesday from 12:00 - 1:00 PM! Much like last year's Picnic with the Priest, join us this year for a wonderful opportunity to get to know not only Rev. Matt Holcombe, but even more of our St. Michael's Clergy and Staff including Deacon Gary Darress, Director of Music Amalia Dobbins, and Newcomer Coordinator Linda Kean. Bring your lunch and enjoy this time of fellowship with your St. Michael's family and friends in our great outdoors! No RSVP required.
