THE TWENTY-SIXTH SUNDAY AFTER PENTECOST

November 17, 2024

Dear George,

A great many thanks to the tens of people who worked very hard November 9 and 10 (and weeks prior and days after) to bring us a successful Christmas/Holiday Bazaar!

Our Remembrance Day Liturgy is 10:30am Monday November 11.

Do also procure your tickets for the November 12 Red Cross Gala at the Rosewood.

I will be traveling to Santa Barbara, California to preside a friend's funeral November 14 - 20,

Grace and peace,

GFW+

November 9 and 10 saw our Christmas / Holiday Bazaar, with Kathy Lapsys at the helm, but with NUMEROUS hard working volunteers yielding success!

REMEMBRANCE DAY occurs this Monday November 11 at 10:30am in the Church and at the Columbarium as we honor those who have given much, and often all, in defense of liberty and democracy. May these virtues continue to prevail.

Educafe

is one of St. Paul's Community Development Projects. Educafe.org is a Mexican not-for profit raising educational funds from the sale of coffee grown in Oaxaca and Veracruz. Each bag is priced at 200 pesos, of which 87 pesos goes to a project of your selection. The QR code on the back of each bag allows you to select the project of your choice, a few of which support St. Paul's Community Development Project. Parishioner Geoffrey Drayton leads this effort, and welcomes all questions.

THE DANI FUND

The Dani fund was established 13 years ago, when Dani was first born and brought to St. Paul’s by Papa Daniel. The Dani fund has been used to help with Dani’s schooling and medical needs. Dani attends Bereshit Christian School. The fund pays his tuition, textbooks and uniform costs, as well as his medical needs.

If you have been contributing to the Dani fund, thank you. If you are interested in helping, please contact Bonnie Eriksmoen at deriksmoen@aol.com.
