Office reopening
The office will reopen on Tuesday, June 2. You will not be allowed to enter the building past the office. We would ask that no more than three guests be in the office at any time and that you maintain social distancing while in the office. This is subject to change based on recommendations from the governor.

Office hours for the summer will be Monday through Thursday from 7:45am to 12:15pm.
Report Cards
Report cards and any projects handed in during the last drop off will be available for pick up on June 2. You will be able to enter school by the office to pick up report cards.

Please take care of unpaid bills (music, lunch, other). This will need to be done or you will not be able to pick up report cards. This does not include tuition.

GUFS Program
We are planning for next school year, and a big part of that is the GUFS program we have at OCCS. Knowing that we ended the school year in a different way, we are hoping that the GUFS program will be helpful for your family to get your child Geared Up For School! GUFS is our summer school program that is designed to review concepts taught the year prior and look ahead to what is going to be taught the current year. Depending on classroom teachers, this was emailed to the whole class, or to students that they referred.  This year, we are opening it up to more students because we understand that the end of the year was a strange one ! Here is the link to the form, if you have any questions either email your child's classroom teacher or Erin Driesen at  edriesen@occhristian.pvt.k12.ia.us   We would appreciate prompt sign up so that we can plan for our program. Thanks!

Once your form is ready, you can proceed into the office to have the order filled. You can also find the TRIP order form online to fill out before you come to school.

Tuition Statements were emailed last week for P-8 grade parents who pay their tuition directly to school. Please note the remaining balance. If you have signed up for a 10 month payment plan, your final payment is expected this month. For 12 month payment plans, you will continue to receive email statements in June and July. All payments are expected before July 31 in order to register your child for the next school year.
