JACOBSEN, ESQ. will be joining W&D’s Northern California practice and will continue focusing on professional liability for architects, engineers, and contractors in complex construction claims, risk management and litigation, environmental matters, premises liability, as well as defense of serious personal injury cases involving wrongful death, brain damage, permanent disabilities, and serious burns, throughout California and nationwide.
Mr. Jacobsen has an extremely successful record in jury trials. Based upon his extensive trial record, he is a member of the prestigious, invitation only, American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
